- Choose a suitable size of adhesive stickers or nail glue for your nails and stick it on your nails.
- Choose a correct size of the fake nail and stick it on your nails.
- Press them about 25 seconds to ensure they are tight enough to keep it.

How long do they last?

It depends on how you used your nails. Normally they can last about 5-7 days. for our Solid Nail Glue, it last about 20 days.

How to remove?

- Immerse hand in warm water & use a wooden stick to take it off from the side or just use hand to peel it off
- Remove the glue sticker and keep the fake nail tip for next time use.

How to track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched from our facility, you will receive an email with tracking information which you can use to follow the status of your order. Please allow extra processing time for the latest tracking status to be updated as local couriers may experience slight delays.

 What to do with the lost package?

If your package has been lost in transit, please reach out to customer support right away. If the tracking shows the package is delivered while you do not receive it, please provide proof of lost package with your order information at service@joneey.com.

After an order has been delivered to the shipping address entered on the order, we cannot be held responsible for stolen or lost packages.

Customs Fees

Joneey will not cover the customs fees and duties, and they are non-refundable as well. We are not able to process any modification to your order while the package is with customs. If you have concerns about potential customs fees and duties, we recommend you reach out to us before placing an order.

How long does it to process my order?

For regular orders, it generally takes about2-3 business daysfor processing after you place an order. For orders including restocking or pre-order item(s) will take a longer time for processing. Please notice more details in the product description.

Once your order is ready for shipping, you will receive a notification email. We do not ship packages on weekends or holidays at this point.

If your order consists of Pre-Order item(s), we ship the entire order out when the pre-order item(s) is ready. Please contact us if you prefer to have your item(s) shipped separately at service@joneey.com. Customers are subject to the potential additional shipping cost for separate shipping.

 

Can I change my order?

Unfortunately, we won’t be able to change an order once it is placed in the system.

 

Wrong shipping address?

If the shipping address on your order is incorrect, please contact us via Instagram or at service@joneey.com right away.

If for any reason, a package is returned to us due to incorrect address, unclaimed, etc., the customer is subject to the additional shipping fee for the package to ship out again. Please make sure to enter the correct address before checking out your shopping cart. 

If you need to change the shipping address after the package leaves our facility, there is a chance that we won’t be able to change the address. The customer is also responsible for any additional fee caused during the process.

 

Can I cancel my order?

Once the order is dispatched from our facility, we won’t be able to cancel it. Before that, contact customer support for assistance.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
For all of the orders placed online and in showroom, we accept items in their original condition, with complete packaging and tags attached for a full refund. You have 21 days to apply for a return request and send back the items from the shipping date to be eligible for a refund. Unfortunately, we do not cover shipping fee for returns at this moment.

How to Reach Us
Contact us and describe the issue in detail, including the return reason, along with your order number and product name. For defective, incorrect or not as described item, please send us a clear picture or video of the problem.

Our Solutions:
1.Joneey's Responsibility:
If our company is responsible for the issue, we will allow a return to our warehouse for a refund.
Once we receive the item, we will refund in full the original product price and its shipping or resend for free a replacement at our expense. This solution is only whenjoneey is responsible for shipping the wrong item / size.
2. Customer's Responsibility
Incorrect Order (size of item)
If the customer has ordered an incorrect size or product, we can also allow a return. In this case, the customer will be responsible for the shipping fee both ways (to and from our warehouse) for an exchange. If the customer chooses a refund, we will refund the original product price. All and any shipping fees are non-refundable. Please notice we have added the shipping fee on the product price, so the shipping fee for reshipping or refunded items' amount would not be the same as your purchased.

Unwanted Item
If the customer decides that they no longer want the item, they can report this to us within 3 days of receiving the product.
Didn't Receive Items
If the tracking says delivered, and you don't receive the package, please check at your mailbox, front door or any other places the package would be. Otherwise, you will have to report lost to the post office or police station.

If the package was undelivered because of incorrect or incomplete address, the package will be destroyed by the carriers. Please understand in this situation, we're unable to do anything. If you still love the items, please make sure to leave the correct address and shop again at joneey.

Satisfaction Guarantee

joneey temporary policy: If you are dissatisfied with your order, please contact us within 30 days of receiving the product.

Additional notes about Warranty

All returns must first be approved by our customer service team; if approved, you will be provided with an RMA form. Returned items without RMA form will not be accepted.
All returned items must be in brand new condition, unused/unworn, unwashed, come with all original tags and their original packaging.
If the customer requests a refund, we will refund the original product cost upon receiving the returned item. All shipping fees to return the item, and the original shipping fees, are non-refundable.
We do not accept returns on swimwear, and discounted items, unless a customer received a wrong item or the item was faulty.

Compensation time-frame

For returned items, we will need 3-6 business days upon receiving your item(s) to process the solution.
After this time, the refund time-frame is as below:
Paypal account refunds: Up to 48 hours
Credit card refunds: Between 3-7 business days

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
